We are seeking dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiters with 1 to 8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT and Engineering professionals across the US, Canada, and LATAM regions. This role requires a high level of market understanding, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 8+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Solid understanding of US work authorizations including USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Experience recruiting for IT and Engineering roles across multiple geographies (US, Canada, LATAM).
- Excellent sourcing skills using ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle requirements across US, Canada, and LATAM regions with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, tax terms, and work authorization requirements.
