Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with minimum 2 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring platforms
· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
· Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
· Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
· Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
· Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
· Coordinate offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding process
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
· Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
· Strong understanding of technical roles and IT hiring processes
· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Premium hiring and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
· Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
· Experience in screening technical profiles across different technologies
· Strong coordination and follow-up skills
· Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools preferred
Good to Have
· Experience hiring for developers, designers, QA, digital marketing, and project management roles
· Knowledge of employer branding and social hiring
· Experience in startup or IT service-based company hiring
