Key Responsibilities
- Execute C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment with speed and precision
- Source and headhunt candidates across diverse IT technologies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, and closing
- Build proactive talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate networks
- Take ownership of delivery targets and ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment and C2H hiring
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and headhunting techniques
- Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
