• Managing end-to-end processes
• Working on niche tech requirements across multiple domains
• Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
Business Development Manager
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT Services and Staffing industry
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across Australia/New Zealand markets
• Drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure
• Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and fulfillment
