Technical Recruiter
Digitaldhara hiring Technical Recruiter with 3 to 5 Years experience – Pune – MA- Remote
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, niche tech communities, and referrals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Proactively engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles
Screening & Assessment
- Review resumes and applications to assess technical fit
- Conduct initial phone/video screens to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit
- Partner with hiring managers and engineers to develop technical screening questions or coding assessments
- Coordinate technical interviews (coding challenges, take-home projects, panel interviews)
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Advise hiring managers on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and realistic hiring timelines
- Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting metrics to leadership
Candidate Experience
- Guide candidates through the interview process, answering questions and setting expectations
- Provide timely feedback and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers, including salary, equity, and start dates
Process & Employer Branding
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate)
- Represent the company at tech meetups, career fairs, and industry events
- Help develop job descriptions that accurately reflect technical requirements
- Stay current on tech industry trends, in-demand skills, and competitive compensation data
