Job Title: IT Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions. The role requires strong sourcing skills, understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to offer release).
- Understand technical job requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, database, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update recruitment tracker.
- Manage offer negotiation and joining follow-up.
- Work on multiple IT requirements at the same time.
- Build strong talent pool for future hiring.
- Coordinate with vendors / consultants if required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / IT
- 4+ years experience in IT recruitment
- Experience in banking / IT / telecom / consulting hiring
- Experience using ATS / recruitment tools
