Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Pune Division. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, identify and engage potential candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience from sourcing to onboarding. The role includes responsibilities such as developing job descriptions, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining effective communication with candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting practices
• Experience in Technical Recruiting, with a focus on technology-driven roles
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and build relationships with candidates
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
