Conglomerate IT is looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Domestic India IT Recruitment OR US IT Staffing. This is a blended role ideal for professionals who can manage end-to-end recruitment across India and US markets, source top technical talent, and work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Responsibilities
- Domestic IT Recruitment (India)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for India-based IT roles across contract, permanent, and C2H requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and database mining
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit, communication, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and bulk IT hiring
OR
- US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
- Handle end-to-end US recruitment for W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Work on Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Vendor requirements
- Source and recruit US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, and EAD candidates
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visa classifications, and compliance
- Submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors with proper formatting and quick turnaround time
- Coordinate with candidates regarding rates, relocation, and interview schedules across time zones
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ Years of total IT Recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment (India) OR US IT Staffing
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, hiring trends, and recruitment lifecycle
Required Skills
- Strong experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
- Expertise in Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and passive sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, QA, Infrastructure, etc.
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven mindset with urgency and ownership
Preferred Skills
- Experience in staffing/consulting environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Comfortable with fast closures and high-volume hiring
