We are looking for a passionate and energetic Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and an interest in hiring tech talent, this opportunity is for you!
Responsiblities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Understand technical requirements for different IT roles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Internship or prior recruitment experience is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / ATS tools
