Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai with flexibility for occasional remote work, for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, building strong candidate pipelines, and maintaining candidate databases. The role will require effective communication and relationship-building skills to attract top talent and ensure a positive hiring experience in manufacturing sector for all candidates.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting
- Proficiency in Hiring processes and effective candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong Communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating across teams
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between onsite and remote tasks
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus
