This role is about closing talent, not just sourcing profiles. You’ll operate at the front line of hiring—understanding business needs, mapping the market, and converting the right candidates with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product, data, etc.)
- Translate hiring requirements into clear sourcing strategies and talent maps
- Source candidates through multiple channels—job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates for both technical alignment and mindset fit
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive hiring timelines proactively
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the process
- Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively
- Maintain accurate tracking of pipelines, metrics, and hiring progress
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data, DevOps, etc.)
- Proven ability to source and close candidates across levels
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple open roles
