Role & Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive and active IT candidates using LinkedIn, job portals and developer platforms to build a qualified talent pipeline.
- Screen technical resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit for role requirements and culture.
- Manage candidate lifecycle in the ATS—track applications, schedule interviews, collect feedback and maintain accurate records.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns (messages, email cadences) and maintain regular follow-up to convert prospects into candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to align on job requirements, prepare interview packs and ensure smooth interview logistics.
- Support offer process and onboarding handover, including reference checks and candidate communications.
