Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility of working partly from home. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate onboarding experience. This role will require close collaboration with stakeholders to understand technical and organizational needs. The recruiter will also build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet present and future hiring demands.
Qualifications
- Technical recruitment experience, including sourcing, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and IT industry trends
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring needs and work environments
- Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in technical recruitment for IT roles is highly valued
- High attention to detail with a focus on candidate experience and compliance
