Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Recruiter based in Goa, with flexibility to work from home. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging top technical talent, facilitating the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The selected individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and help build a high-performing technical team.
Candidate must have experience in hiring for Microsoft vendor/contract roles, someone who understands the Microsoft ecosystem and has sourced profiles for IT, engineering, or project-based positions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Proven expertise in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting practices
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to assess technical skills and find talent that aligns with organizational goals
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles in the industry
- Experience in a hybrid working environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
