About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on IT and technical hiring for the Canadian market, working closely with Account Managers and clients to deliver high-quality talent across a wide range of technology skill sets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle technical recruiting, including requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Partner with Account Managers and clients in Canada to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases, utilizing Boolean search techniques
- Work with VMS/MSP platforms such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, and similar systems
- Recruit across various IT skill sets including Developers, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Security, ERP, and other emerging technologies
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Track recruiting activity in ATS/VMS systems to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Maintain consistent pipeline generation, candidate outreach, and interview coordination
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting performance targets
Performance Expectations
- Approximately 8–12 candidate submissions per week
- 4–8 interview setups per week
- Consistent contribution toward successful placements for Canadian client requirements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience for Technical Recruiter; 3–5+ years for Senior Technical Recruiter
- Prior experience in IT/Technical recruiting required
- Experience recruiting for Canada-based contract or full-time roles preferred
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
- Experience working with VMS platforms such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, or similar MSP systems is highly preferred
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruitment environment
- Comfortable working Canada EST-aligned shifts
