Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru/Mysore and a full time on-site opportunity. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying, attracting, and hiring technical talent across various Clients/Projects. Other responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will also partner with stakeholders to develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Technical Recruitment
- Experience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for engineering or technology-focused roles
- Strong Sourcing Expertise (Boolean, LinkedIn,Resdex)
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with diverse teams and candidates
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, dynamic work environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and data-driven recruitment techniques is advantageous
