- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in product-based or manufacturing companies.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud engineers, cybersecurity).
- Expertise in Boolean search logic and ATS tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and talent mapping.
