Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles across multiple projects. Core responsibilities will include developing and maintaining candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining recruitment databases. The recruiter will utilize advanced tools and strategies to attract top technical talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting, particularly for technical roles, using advanced recruitment tools and ATS platforms
- Skills in screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies tailored to specific project needs and timelines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to maintain recruitment databases and track hiring activities
- Familiarity with IT and technology-related roles and terminology is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
