About the Role
We are looking for a high-performance Technical Recruiter to support our staff augmentation and consulting business, working closely with leading global clients including large enterprises.
This role requires strong speed, precision, and client alignment, with the ability to close niche technical roles under tight timelines while maintaining high quality standards expected by enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, C2H, and permanent roles across enterprise clients
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand JD nuances, project requirements, and compliance expectations
- Deliver high-quality candidate pipelines within strict TATs (often 24–72 hours)
- Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and niche communities
- Screen candidates for technical fit, client readiness, and communication standards (especially for client-facing roles)
- Ensure candidates meet client-specific requirements (notice period, location, payroll model, documentation, etc.)
- Drive offer closures, rate negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain strong candidate relationships for repeat deployments and future mandates
- Track submission quality, interview ratios, and closure metrics
- Ensure compliance with client processes, documentation, and background verification requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in technical recruitment within staffing / staff augmentation / consulting firms
- Proven experience hiring for large enterprise
- Strong understanding of in-demand tech skills:
- Backend / Full Stack (Java, .NET, Node, React)
- Data & Analytics (SQL, Python, Power BI, Snowflake)
- Cloud & DevOps (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Experience working on contract roles, rate cards, and vendor/client SLAs
- Ability to deliver under pressure with high submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios
- Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools like Bullhorn, Ceipal, or Zoho Recruit
- Understanding of compliance, payroll models, and contract staffing processes
- Experience in handling volume + niche hiring simultaneously
