Role: Technical Recruiter – US Staffing
Location: Chennai + Onsite
Preferred Experience: 3-5 Years Experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities with direct clients and implementation partners across the United States.
The role requires strong experience in US staffing, hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms such as Dice and LinkedIn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and internal databases
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status, location, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates and clients
- Work on W2, C2C, and full-time requirements from direct clients and implementation partners
- Negotiate rates/salary and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers/ATS regularly
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions for open requirements
Required Skills:
- Experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, TN, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shift timings
- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA Automation, AI/ML, etc.
- Be specific and mention a few non-negotiable skills across tools, frameworks or platforms
Required Qualification:
- Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
- Knowledge of tax terms such as W2, C2C, 1099
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
