We are looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to support hiring for US, UK, and global markets. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing IT talent and managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end technical recruitment for international clients.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Work on IT roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates/clients.
- Maintain ATS/CRM updates and candidate pipelines.
Requirements:-
- 1–3 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
- Exposure to US / UK hiring preferred.
- Good understanding of technical roles and skills.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
