About Role
We're hiring a Technical Records Analyst to join our growing team at SPI Aviation — part of the SPI Group, with over 15 years of MRO expertise and 120+ years of cumulative delivery experience in CFM56 engines
As a technology-driven, AI-first company, we're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage engine records with precision and support our global customer base.
What You'll Do
- Review incoming engine & accessory records for Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins & Manufacturer requirements.
- Organize outgoing records packages — Form 337, 8130-3 — for engines and modules
- Set up and maintain Life-Limited Parts (LLP) tracking documents and traceability records.
- Verify AD, SIB and work scope compliance against actual maintenance performed.
- Manage electronic data storage and records for field maintenance interventions.
- Identify and report discrepancies in technical records to clients.
- Coordinate work order priorities to align with Production TAT requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar records/technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of the aviation industry — CFM56 experience is a big plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook; knowledge of Quantum is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and fluency in English.
- Self-motivated, flexible team player with a quality-first mindset.
Mandatory Requirements — Non-Negotiable
- Hands-on experience in Engine Records management is required — no exceptions.
- Working knowledge of EMM (Engine Maintenance Manual) is mandatory.
- This is a full-time, ON-SITE role in Chennai — remote or hybrid will NOT be considered.
