About the JobAs a Technical QA Specialist - Digital Ad Testing, you will be a key player in our technical operations and quality assurance team. This role is highly focused on hands-on execution and platform operations to support our digital ad deployments. You will act as the final safeguard for our digital campaigns, leveraging your strong technical QA background in the digital space to test, validate, and optimize ad assets before they reach the market.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Ad Testing: Execute comprehensive quality assurance testing on digital ad creatives across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and rendering.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, document, and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital ads, including tracking pixels, click-through URLs, and platform integration errors.
- Quality Governance: Oversee testing protocols to ensure visual consistency and functionality across all digital assets. Collaborate closely with production and design partners to drive iterative improvements based on testing feedback.
- Production Support: Apply a strict quality mindset with meticulous attention to detail and fast turnaround times to meet tight campaign deadlines.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, or a related technical field.
- Experience & Technical Skills: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a technical QA or production support role, specifically within the digital space. Must have hands-on expertise in debugging tools, digital ad formats, and cross-browser testing.
- Operational Availability: Must be available to provide support and coverage with some overlap with the US East Coast .
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively partner with cross-functional design, marketing, and development teams, translating technical QA findings into actionable solutions.
