🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a
Technical QA Manager to lead and strengthen our QA function, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions, including AI-powered platforms and applications.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, a strong understanding of QA processes, and exposure to AI/ML systems, prompt workflows, and API validations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- QA Strategy & Leadership
- Lead QA planning, strategy, and execution across projects
- Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and ensure team productivity
- Functional & Automation Testing
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, performance, compatibility)
- Build and improve automation frameworks where required
- AI & Advanced Testing
- Perform AI-specific testing including validation of models, prompts, and responses
- Conduct end-to-end testing of AI workflows (chatbots, AI agents, NLP features, recommendation systems)
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and expected behavior of AI systems
- API & Performance Testing
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or similar
- Validate system integrations and backend services
- Conduct performance and load testing where required
- Defect Management & Quality Assurance
- Manage defect lifecycle including tracking, reporting, and closure
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues
- Ensure timely resolution and quality delivery
- Client Interaction & UAT Support
- Interact with clients to understand requirements and expectations
- Provide regular updates on QA progress and issues
- Support UAT, demos, and client validations
- Process Improvement & CI/CD
- Implement QA improvements and automation best practices
- Work with DevOps teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure continuous quality monitoring throughout SDLC
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in QA/testing (preferably in technical or AI-driven projects)
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML testing, chatbot testing, and prompt validation
- Strong experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman
- Good knowledge of Java / JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience in API testing, performance testing, and defect management
- Understanding of AI prompt engineering and model validation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to AI-on-call systems, voice bots, or AI-based customer support solutions
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for AI systems
- Experience in leading or mentoring a small QA team
