We are looking for a Technical Publications Manager to define and lead documentation strategy, ensuring that all technical content across Scry AI’s platforms is clear, structured, and aligned with product and user needs. This role plays a key part in making complex AI systems understandable, usable, and scalable through high-quality documentation.


Role Overview


As a Technical Publications Manager at Scry AI, you will own the end-to-end documentation lifecycle across products and solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to create, standardize, and maintain technical content that supports users, accelerates adoption, and improves product experience.


This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical understanding with content leadership and build documentation systems that scale with a fast-growing AI product environment.


Key Responsibilities



Documentation Strategy & Ownership


  • Define documentation frameworks, style guides, and content standards
  • Establish scalable processes for content creation, review, and maintenance
  • Own the documentation roadmap aligned with product releases and updates


Content Development & Editorial Oversight


  • Oversee development of product guides, API documentation, integration manuals, and knowledge base content
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy across all documentation assets
  • Edit and refine content to maintain a high-quality publishing standard


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to gather and validate technical information
  • Align documentation with feature rollouts and platform updates
  • Support sales and customer success teams with structured, reliable content


User Experience & Information Architecture


  • Design documentation structures that improve usability and navigation
  • Ensure content is accessible to both technical and non-technical users
  • Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and behavior


Tools, Systems & Performance Tracking


  • Manage documentation platforms, CMS tools, and version control systems
  • Track documentation usage, gaps, and performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement in content effectiveness and scalability


Required Qualifications and Skills


  • Strong experience in technical writing, documentation strategy, or publications management
  • Ability to understand complex systems and translate them into clear documentation
  • Experience with documentation tools, CMS platforms, and structured content systems
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and content governance
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, APIs, or enterprise software environments is a plus
