Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle across multiple software products. You will be the bridge between product requirements, UI/UX design, engineering, and quality assurance. You will own the product backlog, write detailed user stories with testable acceptance criteria, hand off work to the design team, review completed designs against requirements, coordinate cross functional lead sign offs, and deliver fully groomed stories to the sprint board.
You will enforce quality gates before anything enters a sprint, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate across frontend, backend, QA, and design leads, and maintain sufficient technical fluency to review architectural documents and flag risks when needed. You will also be the single point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear visibility into what is shipping, what is blocked, and when things will be delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product backlog across multiple products, including prioritization, grooming, and refinement based on stakeholder input.
- Write clear, detailed user stories with fully testable acceptance criteria covering happy paths, edge cases, and error states.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements; resolve open questions within 48 hours or escalate proactively.
- Maintain the product board pipeline and move stories through their lifecycle from ideation through grooming, design, review, and sprint readiness.
- Enforce the Definition of Ready gate: no story enters sprint without completed designs, signed-off acceptance criteria, zero open questions, and documented lead approvals.
- Hand off stories to the UI/UX team with sufficient context, user flows, and edge case documentation for designers to execute without ambiguity.
- Review completed designs against acceptance criteria, verifying all screens, states, interactions, empty states, and responsiveness.
- Create structured parent stories on the sprint board with subtasks for design, frontend, backend, and QA once stories clear the readiness gate.
- Link product board tickets to sprint stories for traceability and close product board tickets to prevent duplication.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track sprint velocity, identify blockers in real time, and maintain a consistent delivery cadence.
- Collect and document sign-offs from frontend, backend, QA, and design leads before stories move to sprint.
- Coordinate with DevOps for deployment scheduling and release readiness.
- Own deployment timelines and communicate release dates to stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven sprint reports to leadership: what shipped, what is at risk, and what is blocked.
- Flag delivery risks early with clear impact analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing software projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven ability to write detailed user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
- Experience owning a product backlog and driving stories from ideation through design to delivery.
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience coordinating with UI/UX teams and reviewing designs in Figma or similar tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents such as ADRs, API specifications, and architecture diagrams at a review level.
- Experience with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, or similar.
- Background in QA, test planning, or defect management.
- Familiarity with Slack integrations, email system integrations, or workflow automation.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Comfortable working with distributed/remote teams across multiple time zones.
