Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who drives end-to-end technology projects with a strong focus on outcomes and quality. You will act as the strategic bridge between clients, developers, and business stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven digital solutions on time and within scope. The ideal candidate takes full ownership of delivery, manages client communication with clarity and confidence, and ensures alignment between business goals and technical execution. A solid understanding of web application development, system architecture, and deployment processes is essential to guide teams effectively and ensure seamless project execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of web, cloud-based, and AI-driven projects, primarily across Laravel (PHP) and JavaScript technology stacks
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, managing stakeholder expectations through clear communication, regular reporting, and proactive forecasting
- Translate business requirements into well-defined technical tasks, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, and execution
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, and stakeholders), fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and impact
- Plan project timelines, manage resource allocation and capacity planning, track progress, and proactively remove blockers and manage risks
- Provide technical oversight by guiding architecture decisions, enforcing best practices, ensuring code quality, and overseeing deployment readiness and documentation
- Coordinate integrations, automation initiatives, and emerging technologies to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance project tracking, streamline reporting, and support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes, maintaining scope control and on-time execution across all projects
- Highly results-oriented with a delivery-first approach focused on measurable outcomes and not on time-based tracking.
Required skills & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE / BTech) or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of total professional experience, with 3–4 years in a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager role delivering web development projects
- Strong hands-on understanding of PHP and Laravel, with solid experience in JavaScript and modern frameworks such as MERN/MEAN stack environments.
- Good understanding of system architecture, REST APIs, database design, integrations, and deployment processes
- Ability to review code, guide developers on best practices, and make informed technical decisions
- Proven experience managing multi-technology projects across web, cloud, and emerging technology stacks
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional and distributed teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, Confluence, and MS Project
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve blockers and ensure high-quality delivery
- Ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX, QA, and business teams
- Exposure to AI-powered tools and third-party AI integrations (automation, analytics, AI APIs) for improving productivity and decision-making
- Results-driven mindset focused on outcomes, quality, and accountability over time-based tracking
Must have:
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status and technical concepts
- Confident stakeholder management with sound decision-making and ownership mindset
- Proven team leadership and people management experience across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Git and version control best practices, with a solid understanding of collaborative development workflows
Good to have:
- Experience working on Shopify projects, including APIs, themes, and app integrations
- Exposure to third-party APIs, payment gateways, and CRM integrations
- Knowledge of AI tools, AI integrations, and automation to improve delivery and productivity
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Professional project management certification is highly preferred
