Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused
Technical Project Manager to lead the successful execution of IT projects while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong technical project coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between clients and technical teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of multiple IT projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project plans and actionable tasks.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, project reviews, and status updates.
- Track project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients, management, and internal teams.
- Resolve project challenges efficiently and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role in the IT industry.
- Internship, trainee, apprenticeship, or academic project experience will not be considered.
- Strong client-facing and client relationship management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, or Europe).
- Exposure to AI, SaaS, Automation, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.
- Basic understanding of software development technologies and APIs.
- Scrum Master or PMP certification is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, B.Tech, BE, or a related technical discipline.
