Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, planning, execution, and risk management skills with the ability to drive projects successfully within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and metrics to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance, and best practices.
- Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and utilization effectively.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and agile ceremonies where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling enterprise-level or client-facing projects.
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, digital transformation, or data-driven projects is preferred.
