Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead complex software projects end-to-end while providing strong technical and people leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on technical experience, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to deliver scalable enterprise solutions within the banking and financial services domain. This role requires a solid understanding of modern architectures, cloud-native systems, Agile delivery, and cross‑functional coordination.

Location: Bangalore
Mode of Work: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and deliver software projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Track project progress and proactively manage risks and issues
- Technical Coordination
- Work closely with backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams
- Understand system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments
- Collaborate with technical leads to resolve engineering challenges
- Agile Delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and grooming
- Maintain sprint plans and product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
- Track delivery metrics and ensure sprint commitments are met
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams to avoid delivery bottlenecks
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain documentation including project plans, risk registers, status reports, and timelines
Requirements:
- Technical Understanding
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms
- Basic knowledge of backend and frontend technologies such as:
- Java / Spring Boot
- React / Angular
- REST APIs
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- CI/CD pipelines
- Project Management Skills
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with project tracking tools:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Confluence
- MS Project
Good To Have Skills:
- Certification: PMP, CSM, SAFe
