Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of software development projects while acting as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management, along with a solid understanding of modern application architectures, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Experience: 6- 12 Years
Location: Bangalore
Mode of Work: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver software projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Track progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
- Understand system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives)
- Manage product backlog and sprint commitments
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
- Exposure to Java / Spring Boot, React / Angular, REST APIs
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
Good To Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / IT
- Certifications: CSM / PSM / PMP / Agile
- Experience in enterprise-scale projects
- Strong risk management and reporting skills
