Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Project Manager based in Mohpa. The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation
- Leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Technical expertise in software development processes, agile methodologies, and technology solutions
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms
- Experience in working within industries such as eCommerce, healthcare, or education is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively
