We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional
technology initiatives spanning data engineering, data integration, data migration, and
AI/ML (including Generative AI) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical

You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving

• Oversee projects involving data platforms and technologies such as Python, SQL,
APIs, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS services.
• Drive initiatives in data engineering, data migration, data integration, and
AI/ML/GenAI solutions, ensuring scalability and compliance with data governance
standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints to
ensure successful outcomes.
• Establish and promote best practices in Agile/Scrum and project management
methodologies.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication with regular project updates, metrics,
and dashboards.
• Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with healthcare and
life sciences regulatory frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, etc.), where applicable.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a
related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in technology-driven or
regulated environments.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to effectively engage with software
engineers, data architects, and cloud engineers.
• Hands-on familiarity with AWS cloud services, Python scripting, SQL, and modern
ETL/data pipeline tools.
• Proven success delivering data platform or AI/ML-related projects in collaboration
with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or
similar.
Preferred Experience:
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated environments (GxP,
HIPAA).
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI solutions, particularly data-driven automation
or analytics platforms.
• Experience with Big Data and cloud ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, AWS,
Azure, GCP).
• Ability to manage cross-functional data initiatives with multiple vendors and global
stakeholders.
