Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager role is based in Gurgaon . The Technical Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of ecommerce and internal technology projects, from requirements gathering and planning through execution, testing, and deployment. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating stakeholder communication, and preparing status reports. The Technical Project Manager will also work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to prioritize backlogs, resolve issues, and continuously improve project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple technology initiatives.
- Proven Team Leadership and Communication skills to guide cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and build a collaborative environment.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate risks, optimize processes, and support informed decision-making.
- Experience managing technical projects in ecommerce, retail, or a related domain is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies and common project management tools (e.g., Zoho Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon , manage changing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
