Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee software development initiatives from inception to completion. Based on-site in Ahmedabad, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, create detailed roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include resource allocation, risk management, team coordination, and consistent communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
3. Execution & Monitoring: Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps,
business analysts, etc.).Monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to project scope.
4. Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,
vendors, and internal teams. Ensure clear communication of project expectations, progress, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts proactively.
5. Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Implement QA processes to ensure deliverables meet client and business standards.
6. Project Closure:Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.Facilitate smooth handover to operations/support teams.Obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders and clients.
