Working understanding of REST APIs, third-party integrations, databases, data flows, and basic system architecture. The candidate is not expected to be a developer but should be comfortable discussing technical requirements with engineering teams and clients.

Experience working in a software services company, digital product studio, or agency environment managing multiple client projects simultaneously would be highly preferred.
