Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Lead and manage assigned projects to successful completion.
- Oversee technical aspects, guide the development team, and ensure technical deliverables align with project requirements.
- Overall technical knowledge and understanding of Data ETL, BI Reporting, Data Modelling. This is mandatory requirement.
- Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards requirements. Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Strong experience presenting to different types of teams; both written and oral with technical and non-technical teams, at all levels of management.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource tracking for assigned projects. Ensure timely and effective communication to update stakeholders (including multiple teams) on the progress of the project.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents,
- test plans, progress reports, sprint plan, technical specifications and user manuals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Any relevant certifications will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget, timelines, and quality
- standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Precision and attention to detail.
