Hiring: Technical Project Manager (15+ Years Experience)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong technical depth, delivery ownership, and stakeholder management capabilities to lead cross-functional teams to plan, build, and deliver complex technology or IT projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects from scoping, planning, execution, release, and deployment to operational stabilization.
- Own day-to-day coordination across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, Business, and Client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the primary bridge between business/product stakeholders and engineering teams by translating business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Provide technical solutioning support and ensure architecture alignment, implementation guidance, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Drive sprint execution, task prioritization, dependency management, milestone tracking, blocker resolution, and delivery governance across multiple workstreams.
- Lead stand-ups, technical discussions, effort planning, release coordination, progress reviews, and operational communication.
- Anticipate technical and delivery risks, manage escalations proactively, optimize engineering resource allocation, and unblock teams to maintain delivery momentum.
- Establish and monitor project KPIs, timelines, quality metrics, budgets, and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients and business stakeholders for requirement discussions, change requests, solution reviews, and delivery updates.
- Drive quality oversight, documentation, process improvement, release governance, and continuous delivery excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in Technical Project / Program Management roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, enterprise application architecture, DevOps, APIs, cloud-based systems, and engineering delivery practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working in client-facing delivery environments and large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
- Proven experience leading and managing large technical delivery organizations with a minimum team size of 100+ FTEs.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS, Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, or Enterprise Platforms.
- Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, CI/CD, and release management frameworks.
- PMP / Scrum / Agile certifications are an added advantage.
