Role Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who can manage and monitor software development projects, handle task execution, and analyze new requirements. The candidate will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow, logical implementation of features, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ongoing software development projects and track progress
- Manage and assign tasks to developers and ensure timely completion
- Follow up regularly with the tech team to maintain deadlines
- Gather new requirements from internal teams or clients
- Analyze requirements with strong logical thinking and suggest feasible solutions
- Break down requirements into actionable tasks for developers
- Coordinate between stakeholders and development team
- Identify gaps, bugs, or inefficiencies in the system
- Assist in testing and validating features before deployment
- Maintain proper documentation of tasks, requirements, and updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech – preferably in Computer Science / IT or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination / software projects
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to convert requirements into clear tasks and workflows
- Strong task management and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
- Web and mobile application development
- Frontend & backend concepts
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus
