Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or TPM role
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Hands-on experience with Agile ceremonies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of SDLC models (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
