About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead end-to-end project delivery while also guiding teams on technical best practices. This role requires a strong blend of project management + technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver IT projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards
- Act as a Technical Manager and guide development teams
- Collaborate with architects, tech leads, and stakeholders
- Plan, track, and report project progress and KPIs
- Handle risk, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Ensure strong stakeholder communication and governance
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
- Contribute to proposal preparation, RFPs, and SOWs
- Support pre-sales activities
Required Skills
✔ Strong experience in Project Management
✔ Hands-on technical background in Java or .NET
✔ Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps
✔ Knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies
✔ Experience in proposal preparation & client communication
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
