We are looking for a highly driven Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of projects in Robotics, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and Automation Systems.
The role involves direct client interaction, translating requirements into engineering deliverables, and managing the complete lifecycle from concept → design → development → fabrication → integration → delivery.
The ideal candidate must be technically strong, capable of handling cross-functional teams (mechanical, electronics, software), and comfortable working in high-ownership, execution-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities🔧
Project Execution (End-to-End Ownership)- Lead complete project lifecycle:
- Requirement understanding
- Concept design
- Detailed engineering
- Fabrication & assembly
- Testing & validation
- Final deployment
- Ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance

Client Interaction & Requirement Management- Interact with clients (Defence, PSUs, Police, Industrial clients)
- Understand technical requirements and operational challenges
- Conduct:
- Technical discussions
- Requirement freeze meetings
- Design reviews
- Progress updates
- Translate client needs into clear engineering tasks

Technical Leadership- Guide and manage teams across:
- Mechanical Design
- Electronics & Embedded Systems
- Software / AI (if applicable)

- BOMs
- System architecture
- Troubleshoot critical engineering issues

Fabrication & Integration Oversight- Coordinate with:
- Vendors
- Fabricators
- Internal production team
- Ensure:
- Correct material selection
- Manufacturing feasibility
- Assembly accuracy
- Supervise system integration and field deployment
