We’re Hiring | Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager – BFSI & AI Projects

Location -Pune, India

Experience 15–18 Years

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager with a strong background in BFSI and Banking domain projects along with exposure to AI-driven initiatives and enterprise application delivery.

This role requires a strategic leader who can manage large delivery teams, engage with global banking clients, and drive high-quality project execution across application development, support, and AI transformation programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage delivery teams of 20+ members across development and support projects

• Drive project execution, delivery schedules, SLAs, quality metrics, and CSAT

• Manage BFSI and Banking technology programs with focus on operational excellence

• Lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives and modern application delivery projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and global clients for seamless execution

• Implement project management, IT service management, and change management processes

• Prepare and manage project-level audits including CMMI, ISO, BCP, and security standards

• Handle SOW creation, billing processes, revenue forecasting, and governance reporting

• Mentor, coach, and groom team members to build high-performing delivery teams

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 15–18 years of experience in Application Development & Support

✅ 10+ years in Project / Delivery Management roles

✅ Mandatory BFSI / Banking domain experience

✅ Exposure to AI projects, digital transformation, or intelligent automation initiatives

✅ Strong technical understanding of .NET or JAVA ecosystems

✅ Proven experience managing large teams (20+ members)

✅ Expertise in Delivery Governance, SLA Management, Quality & CSAT

✅ Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and PMP / CSM certifications preferred

✅ Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills

✅ Experience working with global clients, preferably US-based engagements

⭐ Preferred Skills:

• Media & Entertainment domain exposure is an added advantage

• Experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs

• Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, and Service Delivery frameworks

• Strong commercial understanding including billing and revenue forecasting
