Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Technical Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions that meet client requirements. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, and schedules; leading project teams; identifying and mitigating risks; and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The individual will also drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Expertise in SAP technologies, including BTP and Business Data Cloud, along with experience in cloud-native solutions
- Proficient in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
- Technical fluency and familiarity with system integration, especially for SAP and non-SAP ecosystems
- Preferred experience in industries like manufacturing, consumer goods, or life sciences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus
