The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between application providers, engineering teams, and program leadership, ensuring that cloud environments are built according to precise specifications, delivered on schedule, and scaled efficiently. The role demands a blend of technical expertise in cloud infrastructure and operational excellence in managing multiple concurrent workstreams. The TPM will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of cloud onboarding projects, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to performance and compliance standards.
Qualifications

- Strong familiarity with automation tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, or GitOps.
- Deep understanding of compute architecture, specifically x86 server configurations, and networking fundamentals, including data center fabric and telco-specific networking requirements.
- Knowledge of storage solutions, including block and object storage configurations.
- Experience working within a telecommunications environment is preferred, especially understanding the requirements for low latency and high availability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving resource conflicts or technical gaps before they impact project timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
- Technical Onboarding & Planning: Collaborate with application providers to interpret their specifications and translate them into detailed engineering requirements for the private cloud environment.
- Strategic Delivery: Work closely with the Program Manager to align cloud build timelines with overall business milestones and objectives.
- Resource Orchestration: Manage and schedule resources from Cloud and Network Engineering teams to execute multiple, parallel cloud onboarding projects efficiently, avoiding bottlenecks.
- Process Automation: Oversee the deployment of cloud environments using CI/CD frameworks and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to ensure repeatability, consistency, and error-free delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical contact for application vendors, ensuring that the underlying infrastructure meets performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding processes, automate manual tasks, and improve overall project delivery efficiency.
- Risk Management: Proactively assess potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud configurations, deployment procedures, and project status reports for transparency and future reference.
