Required Skills & Experience
- 8 to12+ years of experience in Software Development / Technical Project Management, preferably in an IT service-based company.
- Strong technical background with experience in Web/Mobile Applications, APIs, Microservices, Cloud, Databases, Integrations, and Software Architecture.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring technical teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Software Architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Good exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern software development technologies.
- Strong experience in client handling, stakeholder management, project estimation, resource planning, risk management, and escalation management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
