Role - Technical Project Manager
Mission: Own delivery of AI programs end-to-end — turning ambiguity into shipped systems for US clients.
Why This Role Exists?
Our Client multiple AI implementations simultaneously across strategy, engineering, and operations. This role ensures velocity, clarity, and accountability from kickoff to production. You're the glue between chaos and shipped products.
What Will You Own?
- Delivery of AI and software programs across multiple workstreams
- Sprint planning, execution tracking, and risk management
- Client communication with US stakeholders across time zones
- Translating business goals into executable technical plans
- Ensuring projects ship — not stall in analysis
- Coordinating between engineering, data science, and client teams
Requirements (Must-Have)
• 5-7 years experience managing software / AI projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and sprint execution
• Ability to converse fluently with engineers and business leaders
• Proven experience managing remote or global clients
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with project tools: Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar
Nice to Have
• Prior experience at a consulting firm or client-services environment
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML project lifecycles
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
• Background in software engineering or data science
AI-First Expectations
Comfortable using AI for planning, documentation, reporting, and risk analysis. Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles (LLMs, APIs, data pipelines). Bias toward automation over manual coordination.
30 / 90 / 180 Day Success
• 30 Days: Own delivery cadence, unblock teams, establish communication rhythm
• 90 Days: Independently run multi-track AI programs with minimal oversight
• 180 Days: Trusted delivery owner across accounts, mentor to junior PMs
Terms
• Location: India (Mumbai preferred, not mandatory)
• Engagement: Contractor (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device)
• Probation: 6 months → option to convert to full-time based on performance
• Work Style: High ownership, fast execution, AI-native workflows
