Technical Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Project Delivery
- Lead delivery of large, complex, multi-region/global customer projects.
- Ensure successful execution in high-risk, high-complexity environments.
- Manage critical legal and commercial aspects of project delivery.
- Drive revenue achievement aligned with business goals.
2. Project Financial Management
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide accurate financial forecasts and regular updates to leadership.
- Monitor project profitability, risks, and cost controls.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Lead complex, cross-functional, and global customer engagements.
- Clearly communicate business value, delivery capabilities, and customer impact.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage large project teams, including internal and external resources (40+ members).
- Mentor team members and support continuous skill development.
- Provide performance feedback and growth recommendations for key contributors.
- Act as a role model and guide for team and leadership development
Education & Experience Required
·First Level University Degree. Advanced Degree Preferred
·15 + years’ experience in project management role a must
·PMP Certified Mandatory
·Agile Scrum Certified optional
·Domain specific (Data & AI)
Knowledge & Skills
·Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
·Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
·Good understanding of Datacenter, Application Migrations & Implementations
·Good understanding of DevOps Solution Implementations
·Proven expertise in Cloud Solutions and other relevant technologies
·Recognized as a leader in the PM Professions community
Complexity
·Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data require and in-depth evaluation of multiple, complex factors, and significant use of judgment
·Delivers projects affecting multiple client divisions or the enterprise
·Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi-function, multivendor projects
·Projects may be global
·Manages projects requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet client deadlines
·Large mutli BU complex projects from a PS standpoint
