Executive Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who speaks “fluent developer” yet thinks like a strategist.

This role goes beyond simply managing tickets in JIRA. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background and understands both the technical reasoning behind development decisions and the operational aspects of delivering successful projects.

You will lead engineering teams working on AI, Data Analytics, and GenAI initiatives, ensuring technical execution aligns with business goals while maintaining delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead engineering teams and ensure smooth coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Ensuring technical designs align with business goals and product requirements

• Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams

• Translating business requirements into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans

• Owning and managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies including Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming

• Maintaining healthy sprint velocity and delivery discipline within the team

• Identifying and mitigating technical risks, project dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks

• Managing conflicts, priorities, and stakeholder expectations

• Overseeing task breakdowns, effort estimation, and engineering planning

• Ensuring adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development standards

• Maintaining strong testing strategies and release management processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of technical expertise, project leadership, and Agile delivery experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Technical Background

Candidates must have prior experience as a Software Developer with strong command over at least one of the following technologies:

• Java

• .NET

• Python

• JavaScript

Experience

• 8–12 years of total professional experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master roles

Certification (Mandatory)

• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)

• PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certification

Tools & Platforms

Candidates should have strong working knowledge of:

• JIRA

• Confluence

• Azure DevOps

Architectural Understanding

A strong understanding of modern engineering ecosystems is required, including:

• API architecture and integrations

• System design and scalable architecture

• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
