Technical Project Manager (PE Focus)

Role Overview
We are hiring a hands‑on Technical Project Manager who has transitioned from a Developer role into TPM and has strong exposure to Product Engineering (PE). The ideal candidate understands engineering fundamentals, manages cross-functional teams effectively, and ensures smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- • Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
- • Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans
- • Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- • Lead client communication, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews
- • Able to grasp ideas and turn them into wireframes, HLD
- • Proactively identify risks and mitigation plans
- • Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams
- • Allocate tasks, track progress, and unblock teams
- • Maintain delivery discipline without micromanagement
- • Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery processes
- • Maintain project documentation and delivery KPIs
- • Preparing estimates for both internal & external stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- • 4+ years of experience as a TPM in an IT services company (50–200 employees preferred)
- • Prior experience as a Developer (mandatory)
- • Strong technical familiarity with Python and React (mandatory)
- • Solid understanding of Product Engineering (PE)
- • Strong grasp of SDLC and engineering practices
- • Experience delivering Agile/Scrum projects
- • Excellent verbal and written communication
- • Experience working with global clients (US/EU preferred)
- • Create wireframes, HLD using any tool (Draw.io, Lucid, etc.)
- • Hands‑on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- • Knowledge of Data & AI is a bonus; preference will be given to candidates who have worked with firms focused on Data & AI.

- • Understanding of APIs, cloud, DevOps, or data projects
- • Experience in fast‑paced or startup environments
- • PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications
- • Experience managing distributed teams
